Pastry Chef Winnie Leclair

Winnie Leclair (pictured left), is a fabulous Patisserie, a baker specializing in fine pastry desserts. She is a Graduate of Loyalist College Culinary Program in Chef Training, Culinary Management Diploma and received an award for Excellence in Professionalism Award. She had made the Dean’s list for each year at Culinary School.

She has worked under the finest of chefs in the Country namely the late Willi Fida, of Angeline’s and currently working under the guidance of Master Pastry Chef Christian Marchsteiner. I would like to welcome Winnie as an associate working with myself to provide my clientele with a greater variety of specialty cakes, artisan breads and hand dipped truffles. As the ingredients we use the freshest of ingredients and the finest of care.
